Position at Wild Fork Foods

As a Store Inventory Replenishment Planner at Wild Fork, you will be responsible for managing the replenishment of approximately 800 sellable goods (PLUs) to our stores. You will oversee the replenishment process from the distribution centers (DCs) to stores across regions. Your primary goal is to maintain a 99% in-stock rate at each store in partnership with store managers. You will represent the supply chain team in all operations meetings, proactively communicating the status of products with supply risks and logistics issues. Additionally, you will resolve all open inventory issues (OS&D) with stores within 24 hours and maximize the use of the Wild Fork logistics control tower for efficient communications. You will manage all monthly DSD POs for stores, ensuring proper goods receiving from operations, and train new store employees on supply chain processes and procedures.

This is an in-office role, Monday - Friday, based in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage replenishment of approximately 800 sellable goods (PLUs) to Wild Fork stores.
• Lead replenishments from DCs to stores in multiple regions
• Maintain a 99% in-stock rate at stores in partnership with store managers.
• Represent the supply chain team in all operations meetings.
• Proactively communicate the status of all products with supply risks and logistics issues.
• Resolve all open inventory issues (OS&D) with stores within 24 hours.
• Maximize the use of the Wild Fork logistics control tower for communications.
• Manage all monthly DSD POs for stores and enforce proper goods receiving from operations.
• Train all new store employees on supply chain processes and procedures.

KPIs

• STOs issued per week without intervention.
• Cost per case transportation and cross-dock efficiency.
• Truck load utilization.
• 99% in-stock percentage.
• Neogrid planograms updated monthly for all stores.
• 100% store STOs closed by the weekend. 

Qualifications:  

• Strong customer service skills to help support internal clients (Wild Fork Store operations)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail store replenishment planning and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate and manage logistics risks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage stakeholders across Wild Fork store operations. 
• Background in basic logistics (Transportation, warehousing, inventory management)
