Key Responsibilities:

• Train and manage both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff to maintain a cohesive and motivated team.
• Develop and adjust staff schedules in accordance with restaurant sales and operational demands.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a secure and clean environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
