• Required Procedures: General Orthopedics: Surgical, Hand, Tendon release/repair and Peripheral nerve surgery.
• Lab & Xray Onsite: Yes.
• Trauma Level: II.
• EMR: Epic.
• Other Info: Willing to cover 2 facilities.
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.

• Active WA License or IMLC.
