Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Coordinator to join a collaborative team working across multiple schools in New Hampshire. This remote position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while supporting students, teachers, and families. You'll focus on scheduling, compliance, and facilitating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure every student receives the support they need.

Job Requirements:
Valid New Hampshire Special Education License.
At least three years of experience in a Special Education leadership role.
Strong organizational and mentoring skills to guide and support teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee IEP compliance and ensure meetings are conducted in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct 5-6 virtual meetings per day to discuss student progress and provide updates to the team.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and support teams to enhance student services and create a supportive learning environment.
Provide ongoing mentorship and support to special education teachers throughout the district.
Manage the scheduling and coordination of services for special education programs across schools.
