Position Highlights: - Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Wound Care Center
- Location: Swedish Hospital, 5140 N California Ave, Chicago IL 60625
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday - Friday. Variable hours
- On Call: Evenings and rotating weekends
- Required Travel: N/A
Salary Pay Range: $127,600- $157,600. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on previous experience
What you will need:
- License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
- Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience: Prior APN/PA in wound management experience required
What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
- Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
- Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
