Job Description

Bob Thomas Ford is looking for a mechanically inclined individual to change oil, refill fluids, and rotate tires in a timely manner to get our customers back on the road quickly. This position is full time, 40 hours a week. Being part of a long standing dealership can offer you so many opportunities. Requirements: Must be STABLE and DEPENDABLE with a reliable source of transportation

• Prior shop experience is not as important as being mechanically inclined
• Must have your own basic tools
• Strong motivation to learn and succeed in the business
• Must be able to provide customer satisfaction performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance services according to Ford's standards
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
