Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to drive new business and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in staffing, who thrives on direct client engagement and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive cold calling and lead generation.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients (80% in-person) to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Manage account-specific lines of business to ensure focused and efficient client service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing industry
• Proven ability to cold call and generate new business leads.
• Demonstrated expertise in face-to-face client engagement.
• Clear understanding of managing account-specific lines of business.
• Willingness to comply with non-compete clauses and provide necessary documentation.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Prior experience working with enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of IT services or enterprise-level solutions for sales.
• History of building relationships that generate client referrals.
