Position: Life Engagement Coach (LEC)
As a Life Engagement Coach (LEC), you'll play a vital role in enhancing the daily experiences of our residents by coordinating and leading engaging activities. Your goal will be to help residents "Live Life on Purpose" by promoting physical wellness, mental stimulation, meaningful social connections, and spiritual enrichment.

Your Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate engaging activities for residents in alignment with their interests and needs.
Ensure activity supplies and technology are available and in working order.
Encourage and assist residents in participating in activities that bring them joy and fulfillment.
Develop and present evening engagement plans to caregivers and follow up to ensure execution.
Assist in managing the monthly budget for entertainment, education, and social events.
Communicate kindly and effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Create a welcoming, social environment that fosters connection and engagement.
What We're Looking For
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate mindset with a desire to put residents' needs first.
Preferred:
Previous experience working with seniors.
A passion for creating a positive and engaging community.
Pay Rate: $14/hour
