Your Role: CAD Designer

We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate CAD Designer to join our team. Your designs will drive real-world results, and you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks & AutoCAD
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to bring designs to life
• Optimize designs for manufacturability and efficiency
• Ensure accuracy with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Assist in prototyping and testing phases to refine products
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project files

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of CAD design experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development
• Mastery of SolidWorks & AutoCAD – you live and breathe CAD
• Attention to detail – precision is your second nature
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining, fabrication)
• Excellent problem-solving skills – you don’t just find problems, you fix them
• Team player – you thrive in collaboration and bring a positive attitude

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with CNC programming, PDM systems, or CAM software
• Knowledge of weldments, sheet metal design, or fabrication processes
