What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients remotely to assess their insurance needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with expert advice.
• Answer inquiries and address any concerns to provide stellar customer service.
• Collaborate with teammates for seamless enrollments.
• Maintain organized, accurate records of all client interactions.

What You Bring:

• Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay motivated.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus!
• Comfortable using computer systems and software.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have : Windows Laptop/PC, reliable internet access, and a working camera.
