The Opportunity:

Imagine a role where you'll be the eyes and ears of our logistics operations, ensuring shipments reach their destinations on time and resolving any issues that arise. As a Track and Trace CSR, you'll be a vital link in our supply chain, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during the overnight hours.

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-person training and meetings at our Indianapolis headquarters.

What You'll Be Doing:

Real-Time Tracking: Monitor shipments closely and escalate any deviations from the standard tracking process.
Proactive Communication: Communicate with Customer Service and Dispatch regarding any potential shipment issues.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure shipments meet pick-up and delivery expectations according to customer requirements.
Data Management: Manage shipment information in our Transportation System Management database.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve shipment problems efficiently.
Communication Hub: Respond to emails and voicemails promptly.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Operations Supply Chain Compliance Manager to improve processes.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via email and web portal, ensuring accurate system entries.
Time-Sensitive Management: Efficiently manage and communicate crucial time-sensitive information.
Issue Escalation: Escalate any transportation issues, including delays, promptly.
Professional Service: Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and service-oriented.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to all quality and process procedures.
Carrier Communication: Handle carrier inquiries via email and web portal, ensuring system updates.
Security Compliance: Adhere to security SOPs related to tracking.
Team Collaboration: Attend daily Sunset meetings with the Tracking supervisor for updates.
On-Site Participation: Attend training and required in-person meetings at our Indianapolis headquarters.
What You Bring to the Table:

1-2 years of experience in the transportation/logistics industry (preferred).
