Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and business-savvy Tax Firm Manager to drive growth through building alliance partnerships development, marketing of services, building and refining operations, continuing to recruit and build the team, and ensure excellence.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in personal and business tax compliance, leadership skills for hiring and growth, and a strategic mindset for guiding the company's future direction.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $175,000 to $225,000,  commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective, well informed tax consulting and planning.
• Ensure comprehensive tax compliance and best practices.
• Business development through relationship building with key referral sources.
• Ensure a proactive high-touch alliance partner and client relationship approach throughout the firm.
• Oversees the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of team members.
• Actively participates in the development, documentation and maintenance of operational and organizational systems.
• Manages revenue and expenses for maximizing long-term success and company profitability.

Qualifications:

• CPA, EA, or equivalent qualification with at least 9 years of relevant tax experience.
• Detail-oriented and entrepreneurially minded business person.
• Experienced in personal and business tax compliance.
• Strong team leader and people developer.
• Strategic thinker with growth mindset.
