Client Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing organization in the telehealth and virtual healthcare industry looking to add a Staff Accountant . This company is looking for an experienced professional who can work independently efficiently and effectively with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 - 4 years of general accounting experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60k - $65k Annually

Position Overview:

Staff Accountant applicants must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Our client is looking for a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience with month-end close, multi-software use, and accounts payable, and receivable in GL. The ideal candidate for the Staff Accountant role should be hard-working and comfortable with meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare financial analyses and reports.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Accounts Payables and Receivables.
• Perform input, maintenance, and review of financial data.
• Responsible for updating/reviewing the forecast for possibly a weekly, monthly, and year-end basis.

Required Experience/Skills for the Staff Accountant:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interdepartmental communication and relationship skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• ERP systems experience.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
