We Are a Team & Family
At KIPP, we see the potential in everyone who walks through the doors of our schools—especially our leaders. Their vision. Strategy. Dedication. Their unwavering commitment to students, families, and staff, on both the good days and the challenging ones. That’s why we empower our leaders to maximize their impact. It starts with respect—respect for their expertise, their leadership journey, and their ability to inspire and drive meaningful change.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE LEADING AT KIPP
You’ll Lead in a Community That Lives Its Values
At KIPP Tulsa, our leaders are part of a team deeply committed to our shared values. We don’t just work in schools—we build communities of learning, equity, and opportunity. We collaborate, take collective responsibility, and celebrate successes together. Like a family, we uplift one another, lead with empathy, and foster strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff.
You’ll Be the Change
As a KIPP leader, you’ll be part of a national network of over 278 schools, making an impact that extends far beyond the walls of any single campus. Your leadership will drive excellence, fuel hope, and advance educational equity. Every decision, every initiative, and every moment of mentorship will help shape the lives of students and create lasting change in Tulsa and beyond.
You’ll Be Empowered and Valued
We believe great leadership requires investment. That’s why we provide competitive compensation, strategic resources, and high-impact professional development. You’ll have the autonomy to lead with purpose, the tools to drive student success, and the support to navigate challenges and opportunities with confidence.
You’ll Never Stop Growing
At KIPP, we believe transformational leaders never stop learning. You’ll receive individualized coaching, participate in leadership development programs, and engage with a network of peers and mentors. Whether you’re a seasoned administrator or stepping into a leadership role for the first time, we invest in your growth—so you can invest in the success of your students and team.
You’ll Build a Culture of Joy and Excellence
As a leader at KIPP Tulsa, you’ll set the tone for a joyful, engaging, and high-expectations environment. From celebrating student and staff achievements to fostering a love of learning, you’ll create moments that matter—moments that inspire, uplift, and leave a lasting impact on the school, the community, and your own leadership journey.
