Work Environment & Location
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in supporting and empowering agile teams to deliver meaningful solutions efficiently. You will Think Fast by anticipating and removing obstacles, Work it Together by nurturing collaboration and team trust, and Make the Hard Call by guiding teams through challenges with clarity and care.
You will be a trusted facilitator, helping teams self-organize, align with sprint goals, and continuously improve their processes. Working alongside the Product Owner and business leaders, you will foster transparency, protect teams from distractions, and create a safe, supportive environment where every team member can thrive.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
