Key Responsibilities
Build and Manage Your Business
Develop and grow a robust portfolio of clients by engaging with small to medium-sized businesses through cold calling and in-person interactions.
Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and employees to deliver value-driven solutions.
Train and Develop Sales Teams
Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, and objection handling.
Conduct hands-on training sessions to empower both new and seasoned sales representatives.
Collaborate and Evaluate
Partner with Sales Managers to identify training needs and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Measure training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and other tools, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Mentor and Support
Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and personalized support to new hires, ensuring they are confident and equipped to succeed.
Act as a mentor, helping team members grow their skills and thrive in their roles.
Qualifications
Prior experience with sales-related software (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
Eagerness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain the necessary licenses.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics.
Previous customer service experience is a bonus.
Must be licensed or willing to pursue a Health & Life insurance license (licensing reimbursement provided).
Basic computer skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude are essential.
