Job Description

Pierce Flooring and Cabinet Design Center of Billings , a locally owned company with a century-long legacy in Montana, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Flooring Sales Professional to join our expanding sales team. This full-time role offers a guaranteed salary of $42,000 per year, with the potential for higher earnings. The successful candidate will be responsible for both inside and outside sales, working with walk-in customers as well as actively creating sales opportunities with contractors, realtors, property management, and Main Street commercial entities. The role requires a high level of organization, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed in a team environment. Some Saturday work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the buying process
• Engage in networking and community involvement to promote sales growth
• Take accurate measurements for flooring installations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and answering all their queries
• Attend all sales meetings
• Manage and follow sample check-out procedures
• Work with the manager to set and achieve monthly sales goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using and reading a tape measure for accurate job site measures
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer skills

Compensation

The position offers a guaranteed salary of $42,000 per year , with the potential for higher earnings based on sales performance.
