Job Description

Midwest Regional Sales Manager

Location: Frankfort, IL

Shift: Day shift

Pay: $50K-$85K + commission

This role will require travel throughout the Midwest (Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, MIssouri, MInnesota, and Arkansas)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of prior Outside Sales experience in the roller industry.
Prefer steel roll, brush roll, non-woven and/or polyurethane roller knowledge.
Minimum of 3 years of prior Technical Sales proficiency
Must have New business development along with organic growth achievements
Team selling talents.
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong technical/mechanical capacity

Responsibilities:

Working with Engineering and Inside Sales departments to support your territory.
Hybrid balance of working from home, office, and some overnight travel throughout Midwest
Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Achieve mutually agreed upon sales performance goals.
Set follow-up appointments to follow-up on new opportunities and make customers aware of
