MS/Phd in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields. Strong background in applied AI/ML research and development, with publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, or EMNLP)
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of experience in engineering with AI/ML, LLM, Evals such as pre-training, mid-training, post-training, inference and building agentic workflow.
Proven track record of leading successful AI projects at top-tier AI research organizations.
Most recent experience is in text ML
Track record of successfully building and deploying LL M-based applications, with ongoing performance evaluation and improvements.
Experience in AI/ML roles at leading AI companies or equivalent high-impact research teams (Meta, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Microsoft, Apple).
Experience working in a small startup environment (Seed or Series A).
Hard Skills
Hands-on experience with LLM Ops, prompt engineering, experimentation, and performance evaluation (vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, and model fine-tuning).
Advanced NLP techniques––experience in training/evaluating LLMs for multilingual capabilities, mathematical reasoning, and contextual understanding
Proficiency in LLM pre-training, fine-tuning, and automated evaluation pipelines.
Experience with distributed training of LLMs using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or HPC environments.- Must see on your resume.
Strong proficiency in Python and C++ with hands-on experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.- Must see on your resume.
Soft Skills
