Job Overview :
As a Remote Entry-Level Travel Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients planning their trips. You’ll assist them with booking flights, hotels, activities, and other travel services while providing expert advice and recommendations to ensure they have a seamless and memorable experience.

This is a remote position, and you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, but we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel services.
  • Provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments, confirming reservations, and updating client records.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all bookings are accurate and that clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with senior agents and other team members to resolve any client issues or special requests.

Qualifications :

  • No prior travel industry experience required – we provide training!
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A passion for travel and helping others plan their dream vacations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
