Requirements

Must live in the United States of America
Must be 18+ years old
Must have 3+ years of call center experience
Must have 3+ years of customer service experience
Ability to work independently
Genuine passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and active listening skills
Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and expectations
Must provide own work from home equipment (No chromebook or MAC)
Must provide high speed internet, hardwired. (No wifi or anything wireless)
Must be able to pass a background check
