About the Role
You will be the face of Eriez in the Vietnam, leading the charge to expand our presence across mining, heavy and light industries, and more. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible to develop and execute sales strategies and expanding market share for Eriez world-class products and solutions. Build powerful relationships with end-users, OEMs, EPCs, resellers, and distributors - your network, your advantage.
You will play a strategic role in growing Eriez’ presence in the region by building and nurturing customer relationships while developing and executing innovative sales strategies.

What You Bring
Minimum 5 years as a sales leader with experience managing Customer markets and driving growth
Strong industry knowledge in mining, heavy and light industries, or related sectors
A strategic dealmaker who knows how to identify opportunities and turn them into wins
Proven ability to successfully manage customer accounts at a senior level while still being prepared to deal with the plant operator at a low level is also essential
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to growing market share
Leadership and negotiation skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
Excellent track record of sales planning, new product launches, market analysis and budget management
Experience with CRM systems
