We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail oriented. Responsibilities: • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Move and place Real Estate signs at properties • Placing and removing key boxes on properties • Provide general outside support to the Listing Team Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Must have a valid Texas driver's license • Able to regularly lift, move, and place 15 pounds • Must have excellent time-management skills • Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson or in the process of acquiring the license, preferred About Company: Backed by our "Go Serve Big" mission statement, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty strives to be the best place to work, buy, and sell real estate guaranteed.Our "Go Serve Big" mission is a give-back, pay-it-forward approach for our agents and their clients.
