About the Role:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in confirming the quality of our produced machined components by working closely with the manufacturing team. Address quality concerns, design testing processes, maintain documentation, and act as the key communicator for all inspection data.

Who We're Looking For:

• Acts as the primary customer point of contact for confirming the compliance of production processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives in Advanced Quality Planning, like Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEAs, and Control Plans.
• Participate in gage-related activities: from calibration to procurement while creating gage and inspection plans.
• Collaborate to maintain quality process coherence and improve requirement clarity to prevent non-conformances.
• Handle corrective measures, risk assessments, and preventive measures to prevent repetitive inconsistencies.
• Utilize Six Sigma approaches for rigorous continuous development.
• Support internal audits through quality management frameworks.
• Take on diverse duties such as GD&T print review and conducting internal audits.

Qualifications We Seek:

• Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (including recent or soon-to-be graduates)
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field or a suitable mix of education and experience
• Exceptional organizational and verbal skills
• Proficiency with Minitab for analysis, statistics, and improvements
• Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) favored
• In-depth understanding of QMS and interpretation of technical drawings
• Mechanical process comprehension
• Willingness for travel for auditing and corrective activities
• Openness to learning and development
