About the Position

The company is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a mid-level Project Manager role, responsible for managing all aspects of office construction and tenant improvement projects. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to maintain effective communication, manage resources, and resolve issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of office and tenant improvement projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects stay on budget. Address any issues that could impact profitability or timeline.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and completion.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and contract compliance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure projects meet all quality standards and specifications, while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on office and tenant improvement projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation.
    • Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Other: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing projects.
