We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital GBUs Commercial Advanced Analytics Strategy & AI PL who will work in collaboration with Central data GenAI team with a focus on approved commercial Gen AI use cases (Wave 2). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advanced analytics & AI/Gen AI, great leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation through data-driven solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our Advanced analytics & AI/GenAI digital strategy with a focus on commercial performance analytics & insights, implementing best practices, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the reliability, scalability – continuously improving & challenging the status quo.

As Product Line Owner , you will be a senior leader and act as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product line strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Gen AI/AI commercial inbound request/prioritization for commercial domain

• Support business to test Gen AI PoCs (wave 2- non content related) confirmed by sandbox committee.

• Assess and provide a recommendation for commercial use cases after MVP phase to be submitted to GenAI Board

• Responsible for Gen AI wave 2 products based on the confirmed use cases by Gen AI Board.

• Design & implement E2E product vision & delivery for Commercial Advanced Analytics Strategy & AI PL

• Accountable for standardization & delivery of digital products with a focus on commercial GenAI portfolio (except for content)

• Co-development of commercial GenAI strategy with focus on PL strategy & end-to-end vision

• Accountable for E2E digital product design, build, roll out & operate.

• Accountable for product roadmap, budget/digital resource planning, manage capacity/feasibility & localize product for each market/brand.

• Ensure digital product performance & value realization

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in GBU, GTMC & Digital to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, drive technology strategy, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.

• Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus

About You:

Job Skills & Competencies:

• 10+ years of professional experience in digital product management with a focus on AI/Gen AI capabilities with a minimum of 5-year people management & leadership experience in diverse markets

• 10+ years experience in product management or building complex digital solutions, preferably with experience in data and AI systems/platforms

• Extensive hands-on experience in ML/AI/GenAI

• Committed lifelong learner with a deep passion for cognitive science and AI/GenAI

• Experience working with a variety of cross-functional teams

• Solid industry background and understanding & process a strong business acumen

• Seasoned leader with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Proven record of creating and implementing successful advanced analytics & AI digital commercial strategies.

• Attention to detail & technical intuition

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for executive level communication and collaboration

• Fluent in English (Other languages a plus)

Technical skills:

• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration extensive hands-on experience in ML/AI/GenAI

Soft skills:

• Strong drive and ability to build & share product line vision

• Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders

• Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams

• Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with a “get things done” mindset

Education:

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field , MBA is a big plus
