Job Description:

Job Summary
This position collaborates with a variety of management levels on projects that contribute to the success of the team. He/She uses discipline specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist with various projects, presentations, and business improvement opportunities. This position performs other career related responsibilities as assigned.



Responsibilities:

• Develops OR project plans and identifies tasks and milestones.
• Drives assigned OR project(s) to completion, tracking results and exceeding expectations.
• Prepares capstone presentation and delivers to senior leadership to demonstrate presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Must be a student currently enrolled in a degreed college/university program, or graduated from a degreed college/university program within the last 24 months with Operations Research background
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Database Administration, Data Modeling, Data design, Documentation
• Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi)
• Must be based in Baltimore, MD or willing to relocate.
• This role is on-site, and expected to report in person
