We're hiring a front-end office clerk to support the growing needs of our warehouse in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Your responsibilities include answering phones, making calls to customers and recording ordering information, greeting visitors, and other clerical duties. 

Responsibilities

1. Assist management with maintaining good business relationships with customers and vendors.
2. General clerical duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, organizing and filing, using PC/word processor to edit and update documents and other paperwork, as well as miscellaneous duties as assigned.
3. Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
4. Ability to read, write and speak standard English, comprehend instructions, and communicate with supervisors, customers, and coworkers on a professional level.

Essential Requirements

1. Computer literacy including email, calendar, word processing and spreadsheets.
2. Accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Positive demeanor and professional phone etiquette 
4. Must have reliable transportation to arrive at work shifts on time.

Schedule:

1. Flexible schedule can be designed based on agreed upon daily schedules. Possible Saturday work available.
2. Flexible shift starting from 7AM to 9AM.

Education:

1. High school or equivalent (Preferred)
