Position Overview::

The Office / Administrative Assistant will oversee the daily operations and organization of our corporate office. This role includes managing day to day office activities and providing support (travel, expenses, etc.) to a few executives as needed.

The selected person will work Monday - Thursday onsite at our corporate HQ in Plano, TX

(32 hours per week)

What you will do::
  • Greet and assist all visitors to ensure a positive experience.
  • Serve as the point of contact for building management and handle all building requests and operations.
  • Manage the purchase and maintenance of all office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and appearance.
  • Route correspondence and packages to the appropriate departments.
  • Order, set up, break down, and oversee all catering and food orders for office events.
  • Administer employee access cards and office name identification.
  • Provide ad hoc support (travel, expenses, etc.) for a few executives
Skills for Success::
  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be self motivated
  • Independent thinker
  • Ability to exude hospitality towards external guests/customers and internal employees
  • Must possess organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to be pro-active
