Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to join a dynamic, growing team. This exciting role offers the flexibility to work 100% remotely while delivering top-notch mortgage lending services to a diverse group of clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and experienced in building strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners to source business.

In this position, you'll use your expertise in mortgage lending and customer service to guide clients through the mortgage process and manage your own pipeline of self-sourced loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and Cultivate Relationships: Establish and nurture connections with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate leads and expand your client base.
Guide Clients Through the Mortgage Process: Assist clients from the initial inquiry all the way through to closing, providing clear, expert advice at each stage.
Provide Mortgage Consultation: Offer personalized advice on the best loan options, helping clients select the mortgage product that best suits their needs.
Credit and Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial information and credit histories to determine their eligibility for loan programs.
Manage Loan Pipeline: Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of loan applications through consistent relationship-building and diligent follow-ups.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring that each loan application complies with industry standards and company policies.
Prepare Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted for loan approval and processing.

Requirements:
Proven experience in self-sourcing business in mortgage lending or a related financial services field.
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, services, and processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit histories.
Familiarity with mortgage loan origination systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated and capable of managing a pipeline of self-sourced loan applications independently.
