ImmediateCare Arizona - located in beautiful sunny Tucson, AZ is currently seeking a Medical Assistants for immediate hire. No experience necessary, just the right team spirit, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help patients on a full spectrum.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in patients, input insurance information correctly and timely
• Triage, perform vitals, POC tests and input important encounter information in to the EHR
• Be patient centered, anticipate their needs and the needs of your team members
• Be detailed oriented, driven, competitive and let your performance speak for itself
• Be happy and friendly to everyone you encounter
• Like to smile
• Must be self motivated, self driven with a can-do attitude and never be involved in causing or fostering drama in the work place

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (the team sees 35-70 patients per shift during busy season)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and technology skills

The right candidate will need to have a desire to learn the ICAZ way of taking care of patients holistically with an integrative and functional mindset. Candidate's must have reliable transportation and have the availability to work 36-40 hours a week (3-12 hour shifts) over a current 6 day, 6:30AM to 6:30PM work week. We are closed on Sundays.
