Role And Responsibilities

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
• Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business
• Will work with a cross-functional team to develop solutions to complex problems
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship
• Provide suggestions for management for improving the product design and internal processes
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
• Other duties as assigned

This position will adhere to the Battle Motors Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Supervisor immediately.
