Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of marketing initiatives for a global SaaS provider specializing in financial operations solutions. This role requires expertise in marketing automation, lead generation, content marketing, and communications. Staying ahead of trends in digital marketing and B2B strategies is key to ensuring our marketing efforts effectively support business objectives.

As a Marketing Manager, you'll oversee a talented marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship while ensuring goals are met. You'll play a key role in hiring, training, and coaching new team members to drive growth and innovation. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Client Success, and Product Management to design impactful marketing campaigns that showcase our solutions.
This position is based in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience driving global marketing initiatives with measurable results.
At least 3 years of experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, or related tools.
4-6 years of experience leading a team.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, buyer's journey, and content strategy.
Experience identifying target audiences and creating engaging marketing campaigns.
Ability to grasp and communicate technology-driven business processes in finance and administration.
