Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing and Event Coordinator. This role plays a key part in enhancing client engagement and supporting marketing efforts, offering an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination: Identify and coordinate venues for various events such as client dinners, sponsorships, and other firm-related activities.
Invitation Management: Distribute event invitations, track RSVPs, manage attendee details in Salesforce, and coordinate follow-up communications with both attorneys and attendees.
Sponsorship Support: Complete necessary forms for sponsorship applications and assist with other related marketing and event tasks.
Content Creation: Provide support with design requests, blog posts, and other creative content for the firm's marketing materials.
Attorney Biographies: Interview attorneys to create detailed bios that showcase their expertise and contributions to the firm.
Data & File Management: Organize and maintain digital files in Google Drive to ensure smooth access and collaboration across the team.
Marketing Support: Offer general coordination and administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
This position is a remote, six-month contract role with the possibility of extension.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in event management within corporate settings.
Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
A keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Experience with Pardot and familiarity with Google Drive is a plus.
Prior experience in a law firm or a similar industry is highly preferred.
