**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for our Production Planning team\. Our team is responsible for ensuring that production orders are placed on time to meet customer needs, and that material availability and inventory levels are carefully managed\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Planner Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring program schedules, creating and tracking reports, and coordinating with expediters, purchasing, and other teams to ensure that production runs smoothly\. You will also investigate inventory discrepancies, advise product management on material availability, and help resolve problems that may impact production\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education\. Entry level **Desired Skills:** Good communication skills , the ability to multi\-task\. Inventory control knowledge and must be able to lead a team\. Have the ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
