Under the supervision of the Maintenance Foreman, the employee will assist in performing general building maintenance and repair work involving plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and electrical.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in a maintenance/general labor and kitchen setting with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty (50) pounds. [Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions].
