Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Med Nurse 

Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm

We are currently accepting applications for a Med Nurse within our assisted living facility specializing in geriatrics. Qualifications

1. LPN License or Temporary PN License
2. Must pass background and drug screen

Essential Job Functions

1. Responsibilities of this position include medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy, and supervision of CNA staff.
2. This position does contain an On- Call Schedule
