We are in need of our next great Rental Agent. The ideal candidate can seek out potential clients and turn them into actual customers. You should be knowledgeable in the local real estate market including neighborhoods, school districts and zoning ordinances. Responsibilities:

• Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
• Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
• Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Explain the requirements for potential tenants
• Review the rental application process with potential tenants
• Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company

Qualifications:

• Familiar with leasing regulations
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems
• Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia
