ENCHANTED FOREST WATER SAFARI 

Grounds Crew team members are responsible for the appearance, cleanliness and maintenance of the paths, lawns, and other areas within designated company property locations. Responsibilities will include performing and maintaining a schedule of lawn mowing and landscape services at Water Safari, Calypso’s Cove, the Old Forge Camping Resort and Water’s Edge Inn.

Essential Duties:

• Perform scheduled and as-needed mowing services at designated locations in an efficient, accurate, safe, and friendly manner.
• Follow strict guidelines regarding safety and emergency procedures and proper use of machinery.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Exert up to 35 pounds of force to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move objects.
• Greet guests and team members in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide breaks/lunch relief in other departments such as Dry Rides and Water Rides; be knowledgeable and enforce all safety policies, rules and regulations for each ride when providing breaks

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Must be 18 or older to operate machinery.
• Must have the ability to perform manual labor and operate machinery in an efficient and safe manner.
• Exhibit a friendly, cooperative, and professional demeanor.
• Must be well groomed, self-disciplined, and willing to comply with uniform guidelines.
• Maintains productive and respectful working relationships.
• Able to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
• An ability to become trained in shallow water rescue and CPR/First Aid preferred.
