Title: Investment Banking Senior Associate - Capital Advisory

Company Summary: I am currently partnered with a lower middle market investment bank that is actively looking for an Associate or VP level candidate to expand their Capital Advisory Group. This opportunity will allow the Investment Banking Senior Associate to gain extensive exposure across both debt & equity transactions with high earning potential. The Investment Banking Senior Associate will be traveling to in-person client meetings, working directly with their senior leadership, and be a part of a growing entrepreneurial team!

Investment Banking Senior Associate will be responsible for:

• Performing financial & valuation analysis such as in-depth analysis of deal structures from senior secured debt transactions to structured equity solutions
• Develop and research prospective investor lists
• Being a part of client meetings and marketing meetings
• Preparing for proposals, offering memoranda, transaction-related financial models, and more for client meetings
• Mentoring and managing Analyst staff and junior resources

Investment Banking Senior Associate should have the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Direct Lending, or Private Equity

• Strong proficiency in finance & accounting

• Bachelor's Degree

• Great oral and written communication skills

• Experience performing financial analysis as well as valuation analyses in excel

• Willingness to travel as needed
• Have to be able to obtain FINRA securities licenses within six months of employment
