We're searching for talented and enthusiastic Tier 1 Interpreter/Translators to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be playing a vital role in ensuring smooth communication for a variety of legal matters.

Be a language hero! Help people understand each other during legal proceedings, both in-person and remotely.
Show off your skills in one (or more!) of these languages: Pashto, Dari, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Uzbek, Pashai, Turkmani, Nooristani, or Baluchi.
Become a master of different dialects and interpreting styles to fit any situation.
Work in a flexible environment - choose from phone, video calls, or even in-person interpreting (with occasional travel).

Do you fit the bill?

A degree or relevant experience (or a combination of both) is a plus.
You're a whiz in your target languages (and English too!) and can pass proficiency tests.
You're a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Tech-savvy? That's great! We use MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and other cool software.
Cultural sensitivity is key! You understand and appreciate the power of cultural nuances in communication.
Excellent communication skills are a must - you can listen well, speak clearly, and write persuasively.
Discretion is important - you can keep client information confidential.
You can thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks like a champ.
Have a quiet workspace at home for remote interpreting (if applicable).
Bonus points if you have:

Experience working with children or in a legal setting.
A positive and energetic personality.
First-aid and CPR certified.
