As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team remotely.

Position Summary:

The International Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our global expansion strategy. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with international partners, and executing strategies to enhance our market presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities through comprehensive market research and analysis.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enter and expand in targeted international markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with international partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align international initiatives with company objectives.

Monitor and analyze international market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in international business development or sales, with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing international business relationships.

Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.

Proficiency in CRM software and international market research tools.

Ability to travel internationally as required.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
