**Description:** You will be the Inspector Senior for our Missiles and Fire Control \(MFC\) team at our Camden, AR facility\. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of missiles, launchers, and other critical products that protect our nation, and implements rigorous inspection processes to guarantee conformance to requirements\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Inspector Senior, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections in various environments to verify that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality\. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our products, working closely with cross\-functional teams to identify and address any defects or issues\. Discover more about our Camden, Arkansas location\. MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Familiar with Microsoft Office products \(Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\) is a plus - Must have the desire and/or ability to use inspection tools such as digital calipers, go/no go gages, micrometers, fixtures and other basic gages - Ability to work from inspection instructions, blueprints/drawings and specifications - This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US citizen - Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance - Must be able to work in various climates and around explosives **Desired Skills:** - Prior inspection experience in a production environment - Prior SAP/APRISO/MRO Software experience is a plus \(on the job training will be provided\) - Strong teaming ability and effective communication skills - Critical thinking and problem solving - Be able to work independently **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
