Job Objective: Briefly describe the main purpose of this position.
The Industrial Designer is an established performer that works to facilitate and support manufacturing functions and projects by utilizing strong knowledge of industry practices and standards. This role will plan, organize, and execute design projects within manufacturing facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: Using brief, bulleted, narrative statements, describe the main tasks and responsibilities that an employee in this position would be expected to manage.
· Ensure safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment.
· Assist with technical issues on digital printing technologies, and ensure equipment is maintained for proper operation.
· Ensure that Design equipment is working safely and efficiently.
· Collaboratively work with project teams to meet all project goals and deadlines.
· Responsible for ensuring operations are within specifications.
· Work on cross-functional teams to support the development of new and innovative projects.
· Keep the area safe, clean, and organized.
· Draw from prior experience, interpret facts, and identify incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.
· Use innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
· Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges.
· Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education: Describe the education, years of experience, and any certifications necessary to complete the duties and responsibilities of this position.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
· 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies: Describe the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position in terms of technical, managerial, interpersonal skills and unique abilities.
· Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
· Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

· High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
· Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
