Job Description

Solid, growing importer is looking to welcome a new Office Manager! The successful individual will enjoy a small, dynamic environment and the opportunity to help in different areas. The main focus of this role is to help maintain the financial health of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Review operations department budget, expenses, and profitability.
Analyze Profit and Loss reports and make recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and track office operating costs.
Manage cash flow, billing and bookkeeping functions.

Review contract rates with vendors and suppliers.

Key Requirements:
Several years of related experience, preferably in a logistics environment.
Understanding of bookkeeping functions/financial records.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Enthusiastic and does not wilt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluent in Spanish.
