Responsibilities Communicate with airlines daily for arrivals, truck dispatch, customer service, Customs clearance, Billing, KPI Reporting. Team meeting. Microsoft Office Suite familiarity, logistics air/ocean experience, airlines experience/knowledge.
Additionally, Special Duties may be assigned in accordance with Policy No. 02-03 of the Employee Handbook. Your future assignments will depend on the needs of the department, your performance and capabilities.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
- Some computer skills including data entry and maintenance and working
- Some knowledge of general and Import/Export Computer application technology desirable
- Some knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable
- Good verbal and written communication Skill
- Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary
Organization Relationships Will work with all levels in the organization.
Work Environment (With or without accommodations) This position is predominantly sedentary office work, which involves sitting, typing, filing, and conversing on the phone.
