What YOU will do:

As a Global Mobility Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the immigration process for employees transitioning internationally. Your role will involve managing various aspects of relocation, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and providing comprehensive support to employees throughout their relocation journey.

  • Coordinate and manage the relocation process for employees moving internationally, including visas, work permits, housing, and logistics.
  • Liaise with immigration firms to troubleshoot issues and prepare or finalize immigration plans and documentation.
  • Assist in the renewal and/or extension process for current employees working abroad.
  • Audit immigration files and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to ensure adherence and provide accurate guidance to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of global mobility policies and procedures.Act as the primary point of contact for employees and their families, addressing queries and concerns related to relocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize global mobility processes.

What YOU need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 3 years in Human Resources or experience in global mobility, immigration, or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility best practice a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
  • A commitment to ensuring a positive employee experience during relocations.
  • A desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new information.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
