The Big Task for a HVAC Outside Sales Person
This is an opportunity for an organized individual who is interested in being in control of their own financial future. The candidate will be conf i dent and exh ibi t a high leve l of pro fession alism and posses s sup er ior communication and presentation skills. The candidate must have the knowledge, drive, organization, and intelligence to implement a scripted sales process. This Outside Sales position offers growth in a unique field, paid training alongside industry leaders, as well as the opportunity for daily travel and connections to a large client base! All leads are provided by the company , are 'warm' (c ustomer initiate d ) and there is NO COLD CALLING.

Key Sub Tasks For a HVAC Outside Sales Person

• Work with management to create and develop sales strategies and leads that result in installed and service bookings to meet or exceed the established goals.
• Establishes written formal sales goals and meeting regularly with the Sales Manager to gauge personal progress against said goals.
• Develop a relationship with customer by providing professional representation and assistance in all areas to improve their heating, cooling, and air quality needs.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards consistent with good judgment, policy, objectives and our company Code of Ethics.
• Prepares customer quotes per customer requirements and follow up until resolution.

Experience

• HVAC Experience (Preferred but most certainly not needed!)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Possess the ability to inspire and motivate growth in our team members
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
• Computer skills
• Desire to earn over $100k

Pay: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call responsibilities

Sup plemental pay types: Commission pay
