Your Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team of automotive sales professionals
• Mentor your team in best practices for securing deals while driving sales performance
• Establish sales goals, monitor progress, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets
• Oversee inventory management
• Provide Coaching and Training to fellow Managers
• Collaborate directly with the General Manager
• Interpret and understand departmental accounting documents
• Uphold exceptional sales and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with manufacture required standards

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven experience in dealership management
• Strong Leadership abilities with a passion for developing team talent
• Energetic and enthusiastic presence throughout the workday
• Goal-oriented and friendly demeanor, especially in negotiations
• Detail focus with sharp problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, computer and basic math capabilities
• Clean driving record with valid TEXAS driver’s license
• Foundation knowledge of accounting principles
