We are a family-owned dealership in Daytona Beach, operating in a fast-paced and growing industry. As a General Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our business and enhancing the lives of our team members and customers. Key Responsibilities:

Results-driven who is passionate about exceeding goals.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent for the dealership.
Motivate and engage the team to meet sales targets and performance goals.
Assist the Sales Manager with negotiation and financing processes, ensuring customers clearly
Oversee the Used Car Sales department, including inventory acquisition, management, merchandising, pricing, and reconditioning.
Deliver a world-class customer experience that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventories.
Analyze business performance and implement strategies to drive improvements.
Maintain high involvement in day-to-day dealership operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven success as a General Sales Manager in automotive retail.
High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS.
Strong leadership and financial acumen, with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
Honda experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency with technology and automotive systems.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes).

Compensation: commissions and bonuses (D.O.E.), ranging from $120,000 to $400,000 per year.
